Brio and Yoshi

After watching the kittens for a while and negotiating with the kids (no, we're not naming the striped one Tiger; no, Burpy is not going to work) we have landed on the following:

The extra spunky and lively tabby will be "Brio." Brio, a musical word, means spirited and lively; verve. Seems very fitting for this kitten.

The happy and curious, but tentative black kitten will be "Yoshi." Yoshi, a Japanese name, means good and respectful. He's got a lot of verve and pizazz, too, but the name "Yoshi" has more flair than a cat called Verve.

The kids like the names and left breakfast early to get to work conditioning the kittens.
